• Own end-to-end payroll for assigned jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing.
• Serve as SME on country payroll requirements.
• Collaborate with Payroll Ops, Tax, Finance, Product.
• Improve payroll processes and scalability.
• Support rollout in new jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-senior payroll ops experience in Ukraine.
• Multi-country payroll exposure and systems.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, compliance.
• Stakeholder coordination across internal/external.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with problem solving.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
