• Deliver accurate, compliant payroll operations for Ukraine and others.

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and post-payroll steps.

• Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior Ukrainian payroll ops experience with end-to-end payroll.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance knowledge.
• Stakeholder management across internal/external payroll ecosystem.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with problem-solving in complex payroll.
• Automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
