Payroll Specialist Lead - Ukraine (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for assigned jurisdictions.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution, inputs validation, calculations, and post-payroll steps.
• Stay up-to-date with legislative/tax changes impacting payroll operations.
• Implement payroll in new jurisdictions and integrate into workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on country payroll matters.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and AI adoption in payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Ukrainian payroll ops experience with end-to-end Ukraine payroll processing.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country/global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Able to coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in payroll ecosystems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
