Payroll Specialist Lead - Ukraine (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Ensure payroll is accurate, on time, and compliant with country regulations.
• Own end-to-end payroll for assigned jurisdictions, including inputs, calculations, and post-pay.
• Subject-matter expert on country payroll requirements; track regulatory changes.
• Support rollout of payroll in new/expanding jurisdictions; integrate processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on country payroll.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues; escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-senior Ukrainian payroll ops with end-to-end Ukraine payroll experience.
• Managed payroll in multi-country environments with diverse systems and regulations.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting and compliance.
• Comfortable with internal/external stakeholders and cross-functional coordination.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with problem-solving for complex payroll scenarios.
• Strong written/oral communicator in asynchronous, distributed environments.
