• Hands-on Ukraine payroll processing experience.
• Multi-country payroll experience with different systems.
• Payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in remote payroll ecosystem.
• Analytical, detail-oriented; handles complex payroll scenarios.
• Automation and AI capabilities in payroll processes.
