📋 Description

• Oversee and review payroll processing across multiple states and legal entities, ensuring accurate
• Provide day-to-day direction, workload coordination, training, review, and support to payroll team
• Review payroll inputs, employee changes, earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, retirement
• Process payroll directly when needed to provide backup coverage and maintain continuity.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies, tax issues, jurisdictional questions, system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-state environment; multi-entity experience
• Demonstrated experience independently administering and reviewing end-to-end payroll.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements, wage and hour rules, and
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, payroll accounting, tax matters, retirement and benefits
• Experience reviewing others' work, providing payroll guidance, training team members, or
