📋 Description

• Resolve complex payroll issues and escalations, monitor SLA tickets
• Support payroll system upgrades, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Maintain payroll controls, compliance procedures, and audit documentation
• Coordinate payroll reconciliations and audit reporting with Finance and Tax
• Streamline payroll workflows, automate tasks, analyze operational data
• Support system implementations and process changes, maintain procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or HR preferred
• 5+ years payroll operations experience, high-volume multi-state
• Strong payroll, timekeeping, compliance, and audit knowledge
• Experience with payroll systems, enhancements, testing, and integrations
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for analytics and automation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
