📋 Description

• Review project documentation and supporting cost records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and
• Verify that project costs are properly supported by relevant documentation and accurately aligned
• Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and coordinate with relevant
• Organize, maintain, and regularly update project files, financial records, and supporting
• Create, update, and maintain tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to support project
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Project Controller and support day-to-day project

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or a related
• Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy when reviewing financial
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain structured
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to review, interpret, and organize detailed documentation while identifying missing
• Strong administrative and data management skills, including experience maintaining spreadsheets
