PC Depot Technician

📋 Description

• Build, image, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Configure computer workstations and peripheral equipment including printers, routers, monitors, and
• Inspect computer hardware, components, and accessories to ensure proper functionality and
• Install, configure, validate, and troubleshoot operating systems, drivers, software applications
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repair, part replacement, and troubleshooting for workstation
• Maintain local networks and connectivity to support reliable performance and uptime

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, PC system support, computer
• Proven experience as a PC Depot Technician, IT Technician, Desktop Support Technician, Hardware
• Experience imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations and
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, desktop hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and
• Experience supporting hardware inventory management, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
