Role involves monitoring production processes and equipment performance for high-volume PCB
Develop, implement, and operate equipment, facilities, treatment, and process technologies.
Collaborate with engineers/technicians to optimize yield and cost.
Maintain mature hardware inventory with spares procurement.
Support continuous improvement for yield, performance, and Downtime reduction.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ years in a hands-on technical role
Preferred: 5+ years in PCB/microelectronics fabrication or related fields
Experience with process parameters for temperature, pressure, flow, power
Ability to read P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
