PCBA Conformal Coating Technician

📋 Description

• Operate automated dispensing equipment and batch washing systems.
• Perform manual PCBA preparation and processes such as component masking, staking, de-masking, and
• Provide feedback to improve staking coating drawings.
• Perform all work according to work instructions.
• Work with cross functional engineering team to support new developments.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop and document future activities.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working hands-on as a technician in the electronics industry.
• Experience with PCBA conformal coating and PCBA material handling.
• Can read assembly drawings, work instructions, and travelers.
• Familiar with windows style PC operating systems.
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

🎁 Benefits

• IPC-A-610 certification and experience building to Class 3 and J-STD-001 Space Addendum standards.
• Familiarity with programming and operating dispense equipment.

• Experience working with electrical schematics and PCB design files, especially in Altium.
