PCBA SMT Technician

📋 Description

• Develop reflow profiles that meet peak temperature and time above liquidus (TAL) requirements
• Program a paste printer, pick and place machine and jet printer and verify the programs are defect
• Create automated optical inspection (AOI) programs
• Develop selective soldering (SLS) profiles and verify the programs with x-ray inspection
• Support wash, depanel and x-ray inspection processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of experience working hands-on as a technician in the aerospace, automotive, or similar
• Can read assembly drawings, work instructions, and travelers
• Work with cross functional engineering team to support new developments
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop and document future activities
• Must be onsite 5 days a week
