📋 Description

• Shape the site's long-term technical strategy and roadmap, identifying future technologies
• Drive alignment between site priorities, product strategy, and asset governance.
• Lead PDS&T budget and investment priorities in partnership with site and global stakeholders.
• Lead the late-stage development and commercialization of strategic projects.
• Define development strategies to ensure robust products and processes are successfully transferred
• Drive cross-functional execution against agreed development plans, timelines, budgets, and

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in general engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related
• At least 10 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, formulation, and/or
• At least 6 years of managerial experience within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of process development, technology transfer, and manufacturing lifecycle
• Understanding of risk management for microbiologically sensitive processes.
