📋 Description

  • In-person role at Philadelphia office, Mon–Fri; front desk and peer support.
  • Greet and check in clients; provide warm, trauma-informed service.
  • Handle front desk ops: phones, messages, and scheduling support.
  • Coordinate supply ordering and inventory for clinic needs.
  • Process medical record requests and ensure confidentiality.
  • Co-facilitate peer groups and collaborate with clinical, medical, and billing teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Lived recovery experience (SUD or MH) and willing to share appropriately.
  • Prior experience in behavioral health, medical front desk, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking; EMR and basic office software.
