🎯 Requirements

• Current peer support certification (CPS-MH or state equivalent); COAPS or D-COAPS a plus.
• Lived experience with anxiety/depression; health-tech experience is a plus.
• Inclusivity: commitment to meeting every patient with curiosity and respect.
• Older Adults: interest in supporting adults 65+ with patience.
• Tech Aptitude: comfortable with digital platforms and troubleshooting.
• Access: private computer and high-speed internet; private space for calls.
