Penetration Tester III

📋 Description

• Conduct full-spectrum offensive Threat Emulation from initial infection to final report.
• Develop and write customized scripts and payloads to simulate attacker activity.
• Analyze network/host data to identify threat patterns and TTPs.
• Generate threat intel indicators during emulation and apply across the enterprise.
• Use TTPs to emulate real-world threats to train defenses.
• Engage with Agency offices to access sources and brief leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in cyber offensive ops, red team, or pen testing.
• Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Strong analytical skills in computer network defense operations.
• Experience analyzing threat intel to identify threats and incidents.
• Develop rules, filters, signatures, countermeasures, and scripts.
• Mentoring analysts; knowledge of multiple threat environments.
