PEO Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Reconcile large datasets across vendors, insureds, and internal systems, investigating
• Analyze payroll, premium, claims, and operational data to ensure completeness, consistency, and
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Create dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualizations for underwriting, operations, and
• Manage relationships with external vendors to support the timely and accurate delivery of data.
• Partner with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and operations teams to improve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; Business or Finance degrees
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, or a
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Databricks.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
• Experience reconciling large, complex datasets and maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
