📋 Description

• Check emails daily to receive inspection schedules, documents, and guidelines
• Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers and factory representatives
• Verify finished goods quantity, packaging condition, carton integrity, assortment, labeling, and
• Conduct final shipment verification to ensure products are packed and prepared for export as
• Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Location: Hai Phong
• 1 year or more experience in packing inspection, shipment verification, or related
• Familiarity with packaging requirements, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment
• Basic knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics
