📋 Description

  • Ensure HR engine runs smoothly and supports people strategies.
  • Be primary contact for employees and managers on policies and HR queries.
  • Own lifecycle administration: contracts, onboarding, leavers, HRIS accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • HR administrative or entry-level advisory experience
  • Understanding of Spanish employment law
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (completed or currently studying) or a degree in HR/Business
  • Strong written communication (English and Spanish)
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Discretion and high attention to detail
