People Analytics Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and maintain HR data across systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage headcount reporting and analysis, including forecasting and trends.
• Analyze HR and business metrics and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Build, automate, and improve recurring HR reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Provide day-to-day HR operational support with shared services and ad hoc data requests.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up reporting and data summarization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or HR operations, ideally in a global organization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience building reports and dashboards, preferably in Power BI or a similar BI tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with large data sets.
• Ability to explain HR data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn analysis into business recommendations.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
