People Analytics Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and maintain HR data across systems, keeping it accurate.
• Manage headcount reporting and forecasting across teams.
• Translate HR metrics into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support HR BPs with ad hoc data requests and planning inputs.
• Build, automate, and improve recurring reports and dashboards.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up reporting and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in people analytics, HR reporting, or HR ops, ideally global.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience building reports and dashboards, preferably in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Explain HR data to non-technical stakeholders and translate analysis into recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
