📋 Description

• Build and lead the people analytics function with frameworks, processes, and reporting.
• Own headcount planning, retention, hiring effectiveness, and compensation insights.
• Develop self-service dashboards and reporting for People teams and leaders.
• Analyze employee data to identify trends and opportunities in talent.
• Partner with People leaders to support workforce planning and budgeting.
• Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations for business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in people or HR analytics.
• Experience building analytics in high-growth environments.
• Strong SQL and experience with BigQuery, Looker, Tableau.
• Proven ability to transform workforce data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of workforce metrics, talent trends, and compensation analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management; translate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
