🎯 Requirements

• Experience in People Analytics or data science applied to workforce challenges.
• Proficient in Python or R for modeling and predictive analysis.
• Advanced SQL for large datasets.
• Statistics and experimental design, hypothesis testing, model evaluation.
• Translate findings to senior stakeholders including Leadership/C-level.
• Mentoring or providing technical leadership to less experienced analysts.
