📋 Description

• Drive the People Analytics and Workday roadmap end-to-end.
• Deliver actionable analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, Legal, Security, and Finance to scale systems.
• Build Fabric dashboards and analytics for leadership.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional programs to enable adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems with Workday analytics.
• Workday enhancements and cross-functional system rollouts.
• Strong analytics with dashboards and insights.
• Excellent project management in fast-paced scaling env.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Culture Amp is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; Workday certs preferred.
