People and Culture Generalist

📋 Description

• Support local HR activities for the PA live studio
• Own talent functions for 24x7 operations (up to 200 staff)
• Coordinate with management, drive coaching and performance actions
• Promote Playtech policies and regulatory compliance
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and culture initiatives
• Oversee training, development, and data administration

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in HR or related field
• 2–4 years in HR, with Employee Relations and Admin focus
• Experience in gaming/hospitality a plus
• Strong HRIS and payroll data handling skills
• Proficient in MS Office; ADP Workforce Now a plus
• Organized, proactive with strong communication
