🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, People Experience, Workplace Experience in a fast
• A proactive generalist who can handle many kinds of work at once without losing sight of the bigger
• Real ideas, sound judgement and the confidence to improve how things work today
• Strong operational ownership, project management skills and attention to detail
• Warmth, empathy and a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable and connected
• Clear, direct, thoughtful communication, and discretion with sensitive situations
