📋 Description

• Design, build, maintain AI workflows, automations, apps, and agents (Claude/Dust) to reduce manual work.
• Own Dust agent architecture: build/maintain agents, skills, and connectors for recruiters.
• Turn team concepts into durable, documented production workflows.
• Automate recruiting funnel: sourcing, scheduling, candidate comms, and offers.
• Partner with Ashby-driven workflows; treat ATS as a primary automation surface.
• Identify automation opportunities across People processes; prototype AI solutions to reduce manual effort.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows/automations; shipped outcomes.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI builders.
• Translate messy business processes into scalable workflows.
• Technical builder with ops mindset; shipping without full engineering team.
• Experience in Recruiting/People with non-technical stakeholders; ATS workflows familiarity.
• Open to AI adoption, ambiguity, and continuous learning; track record of impact.
