🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience improving processes or operating models, ideally in People, HR operations
Proficiency with AI tools for building and testing software.
Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into practical solutions.
Experience improving processes or operating models.
Experience building automation, tools, dashboards, or software.
Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
