• Notion wiki: Restructure and maintain Apify's Notion so it works for both people and AI agents.
• Knowledge automation: Build AI automations that assign ownership, flag outdated content, trigger
• Onboarding: Own and improve the whole information flow new hires go through.
• Internal communication: Spot the topics everyone needs to know about and pick the right person

🎯 Requirements

• You use AI tools like Claude every day and default to an automate-first approach.
• You have 3+ years of experience working with leadership and team leaders on people-related
• You spot inconsistencies and fix them yourself instead of reporting them.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• You understand how LLMs work with context.
• You have built, improved, or managed knowledge bases for technical audiences.
