People Business Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Map and document data flows from HR source systems into Redshift, including field definitions
• Build and maintain dashboards in QuickSight and Power BI covering key people metrics
• Write and optimise SQL queries in Redshift to support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and People leadership to
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and support recurring reporting cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualisation, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift
• Advanced expertise building and maintaining dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or
• Experience with data mapping and ETL concepts
