📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees to advise on people goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement data-driven HR programs.
• Lead change management and drive results in a fast, creative environment.
• Support Talent Acquisition to improve programs and project-manage initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations with Canadian and U.S. law.
• Drive company-wide programs like engagement surveys and talent reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial relations, commerce or psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a project-based, creative culture.
• 2+ years of People Business Partnership experience.
• Experience building trusting relationships with stakeholders and leaders.
• Ability to partner strategically with department leaders to drive business goals.
• Experience in change management.
