• Partner with GTM leaders to build and scale teams.

• Help scale people practices and programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in a People Business Partner role, ideally GTM.
• Strong communication and trust-building with leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy in sensitive situations.
• Excellent judgment and discretion in employee relations.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work from NYC office at least 3 days/week.
