📋 Description

Partner with business leaders to translate needs into people strategies
Support workforce planning, org design, and team structure
Coach managers on performance management and development conversations
Deliver core HR programs: engagement surveys, reviews, and planning

Communicate HR policies clearly across teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–7 years as a People Business Partner
Knowledge: employee relations, recruiting, performance, engagement
Experience with fast-paced, cross-functional teams
US employment law familiarity; CA knowledge a plus
Smartsheet for project tracking/dashboards experience
HR certification (PHR/SPHR) or discretion with confidential data
