📋 Description

• Partner with functional stakeholders and managers to ensure employee and business needs are met
• Implement and support HR processes, including performance management cycles, goal setting, and
• Provide counsel and guidance on employee matters, handling day-to-day HR inquiries with a focus on
• Support managers with personal and team development, helping them build high-performing and
• Deploy initiatives that increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize people data to identify trends and influence decisions; ensure high data accuracy in our HR

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
• Strong understanding of wage & hour laws
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers on team development and performance feedback.
• Experience in a start-up or a fast-paced, high-growth or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, talent management, and employee
