📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in HRBP or advisory role
  • Proven capability working as a People Business Partner in a fast moving organization
  • Sound understanding of Kenyan labour laws and regulations
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends
  • Registered member with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
