Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle with People Ops and Employee Relations.
Coach line managers on performance management, feedback, and engagement.
Analyze people metrics to identify local trends and propose solutions.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Collaborate with COEs to deliver enterprise programs in Kenya.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in HRBP or advisory role
Proven capability working as a People Business Partner in a fast moving organization
Sound understanding of Kenyan labour laws and regulations
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends
Registered member with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
