People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Act as the dedicated People Business Partner for Care & Business Support, advising managers on people matters.
• Coach managers on performance, development, role design, and handling underperformance.
• Drive end-to-end performance management and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze people data (turnover, engagement, headcount) to provide insights to leadership.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and clearly defined hiring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regs; coordinate lifecycle processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR generalist or HRBP roles partnering with managers.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Egypt Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
