🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-enabled talent strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven experience designing or implementing AI-enabled talent strategies.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Product, and IT functions.
