People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Support employees/managers through the full lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, addendums, references, and docs.
• Act as the HR contact for Bulgaria and Germany; advise on policies.
• Support engagement, wellbeing, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
• Conduct employee meetings; assist managers with relations and concerns.
• Coordinate leave management per local laws and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian and German labor law.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• 3-5 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Partner roles.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.
• Fluent English and German language required.
