Travel to properties and national meetings as needed

Exceptional communication and stakeholder partnership
Strong change management and project leadership
Analytical thinker with HRIS/MS Office proficiency
5+ years HR generalist experience, real estate experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
High EQ people management and bilingual Spanish preferred
