🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience across multiple client groups
• Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action philosophy
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear HR concepts
• Mentors and coaches managers and employees
• Experience implementing HR programs: career path, leveling, learning, calibrations
• Strong HR compliance knowledge across states; data-driven with HR platforms
