📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide workforce planning on team structure, skills evolution, and hiring prioritization.
• Anticipate challenges and guide smarter talent decisions.
• Coach leaders on leadership, performance, team dynamics, and lifecycle issues.
• Plan and communicate organizational changes; facilitate training and messaging.
• Align culture with reward strategies, ensuring internal equity and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR Generalist/HRBP or equivalent; 3+ years non-exempt populations.
• Call Center, TPA, or Claims Operations experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strategic advisory to leadership on org design and headcount planning.
• High EQ with ability to have courageous conversations with senior leaders.
• Talent & Performance Management: lead annual cycles (performance, compensation, promotions) in units.
