🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HRBP experience, within a high-growth tech environment
• A high level of both IQ and EQ
• Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs and a thorough knowledge of HR
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a
• Nice to have: Experience scaling teams in a high-growth tech company through an IPO
