People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Based in North Macedonia (Skopje, Ohrid or Debar), onsite with 12pm–8pm hours.
• Partner with North Macedonian leaders to translate priorities into people actions.
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, and tough decisions.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change.
• Ensure labor law alignment and local employment requirements.
• Use people data to drive improvements and represent the Balkans in global discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a People Business Partner in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of North Macedonian labor law and local practices.
• Experience supporting leaders across Operations, GTM, or Customer Support.
• Strong fundamentals in performance management, employee relations, and coaching.
• Experience guiding teams through growth, change, and evolution.
• Experience with organizational design and talent planning.
