• 5+ years HRBP exp in SaaS or similar with leaders across org
• Strong knowledge of HR, employment law, and employee relations
• Sound judgment; can navigate ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional collab
• Strategic and influential mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and tailor approach
