🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience, featuring a strong background as an HRBP
• Hands on experience leadership organization design workforce planning, and change management
• Demonstrated experience in coaching managers and senior leaders to improve team performance
• Experience independently managing employee relations matters, including conducting investigations.
• Experience using workforce data (e.g. attrition, engagement, headcount, compensation) to diagnose
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and the ability to apply it with sound judgment. Internal
