🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years HR experience (HRBP or HR Generalist)
• Experience partnering with managers in a fast-paced org
• Knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance mgmt
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Change management and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with HRIS and people analytics tools
