Own and drive key People functions for client groups (manager enablement and analytics).
Lead change management, performance, compensation, and succession planning.
Guide total rewards, employee engagement, culture, org design, and communications.
Own the entire employee lifecycle for performance, development, and advancement.
Execute on other People or general operations tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth tech environment.
A high level of both IQ and EQ.
Hands-on operational experience with HR programs and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Experience scaling teams in a high-growth tech company through an IPO.
Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies.
Experience working in an international company; Japan, Korea or Germany preferred.
