People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own the People partnership for assigned teams to build high-performing teams
• Build deep understanding of teams and translate context into practical strategies
• Provide coaching on org design, team health, performance, and change management
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, role clarity, and future talent
• Help leaders address team effectiveness issues: decision-making, ownership, collaboration
• Run performance and goal-setting cycles, including calibrations and promotions

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5 years of HRBP/People Partner or similar experience
• Experience supporting leaders, managers, and employees in a fast-growing environment
• Strong business judgment linking people decisions to performance, execution, and goals
• Strong coaching and advisory skills with managers and senior leaders
• Experience supporting org design, workforce planning, role clarity, and change management
• Strong understanding of performance management, feedback, and career development
