📋 Description

• Represent global PBP to partner with employees and leadership.
• Advise leadership on performance, coaching, career paths, comp, and culture.
• Consult with COE to design programs for employee experience.
• Build and consult on People policies with COE colleagues.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive people decisions and development.
• Handle complex global employee relations issues with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as HRBP or related HR role, ideally in fast-growth tech.
• Ability to pivot from strategic programs to day-to-day needs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; HRIS experience; Workday bonus.
• Experienced across functions with frontline and senior leadership.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; process design.
• Experienced in employee relations and global employment practices.
• Clear, direct, approachable communication; strong customer service orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust across all levels.
