• Day-to-day manager support and Employee Lifecycle: Be the first point of contact for manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a hands-on, operational role, ideally across multiple countries
• Deep understanding of labor law in the Netherlands and the UK. Additional EU countries are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural affinity for processes and SOPs
• Hands-on and resilient: able to prioritise and stay decisive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
• Exceptional people skills: handle sensitive matters with tact, and be confident enough to push back
• Proficiency in HRIS (Workday or similar) and other HR technologies
